Danny Sever has been working within the insurance industry for the last 20 years: firstly at Lloyd's of London as a broker (in several broking houses) for 5 years, and subsequently he joined as a partner to Davidoff Group, one of the top insurance brokerage groups in Israel. Danny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University and he is well recognized in Israel as one of the leaders in D&O and professional liability insurance. He is also a director of Howden Broking Group Ltd. (UK), Davidoff Group Ltd, Femi Premium Ltd. and Davidoff Life and Pensions Ltd.
Managing Director – Shay Simkin ACII

Shay Simkin has been working in the insurance industry for over 20 years. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, which he has been since 1999. He worked in the London insurance market in diverse positions for 3 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Haifa University. Shay was the co founder of Engel Simkin Insurance Brokers which was acquired by Howden Israel in November 2003.
Deputy Managing Director – Yitzhak Malik

Yitzhak (Itzik) Malik has been working at Howden Israel Insurance Brokers since 2003. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Bar Ilan University. Prior to his work with Howden Israel Itzik worked at Israel Discount Bank for several years. In a relatively short time span Itzik has acquired an extensive experience in directors and officers' liability insurance for publicly traded companies and on specialized covers for initial public offersings, both in Israel and overseas
Chief Financial Officer – Yariv Kuperman

Yariv Kuperman worked for BDO Israel for 6 years and finished as a senior manager handling the auditing processes especially in the banking field. He started working in Davidoff Group as Assistant to the CFO in 2004 and on 2005 he became Davidoff Group's CFO. Since February 2007 Yariv serves as Howden Insurance Brokers' CFO. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economy and also has a Master's Degree in Business Administration Specializations in Finance and accounting.

position, Dafna is the manager of the Life Science field: Clinical Trials Insurance and Product Liability. Dafna was working at Engel-Simkin Insurance Brokers which was acquired by Howden Israel in November 2003. Dafna holds a Law Degree from The IDC Herzliah- the Radzyner School of Law.

Ran has been a lawyer since 2004 and holds a Master's degree in law (L.L.M) from Bar - Ilan University. He has specialized in the field of negotianions, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to working at Howden Israel Ran was a mediator at the Tel-Aviv District court.

Nezi Dvash has been working in the insurance industry for over 12 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance and MBA majoring in marketing from Manchester University. Nezi has extensive and in-depth knowledge of the insurance market. In his past positions prior joining Howden Nezi provided consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients including Multinational, Aviation, Life Science and Pharmaceutical companies.
